How much does the custom design service cost?
The custom uniform design is completely free:
- Logos that aren’t provided in a format suitable for printing (vector) may need to be redrawn. Additional charges may apply.
- Don’t exceed the design request limit on our platform without ordering custom uniforms.
- Requested design is detailed or complex.
What is included in the service?
Our in-house graphics department will take care of processing your request which includes:
- Creation of custom uniform designs requested on the design brief.
- Graphic optimization for product and print adaptation.
- Further revisions, modifications and color variations if requested.
- Professional, dedicated and fast support.
Any extra services such as (custom logo design, redraws, complex designs, etc…) will be quoted upon request.
What are the timelines?
We usually reply to you within a few hours if we require any additional information.
For the graphic design collaboration with our dedicated design team, depending on the complexity of the design brief it will be approximately 1-3 business days.
If you have an emergency or urgent order, please specify it so we can give you priority if possible.
What format should I provide my files?
All logos and graphics must be submitted in vector format (svg, ai, eps, pdf, cdr).
You can also submit an illustrator or photoshop format if you have one.
If you don’t have a vector file. (ask the person who created the logo, they should have it!) you can send the logos and images in the most high definition possible (300dpi)
Please note: If you send a low definition image we will not be able to guarantee optimal print quality.
